Job Summary (Marine Outboard Repair Helper): - Provide support and assistance to technicians and mechanics in the repair and maintenance of marine engines. - Assist with disassembling and assembling engine components. - Hand tools and equipment to technicians as needed. - Help organize and maintain the inventory of parts tools and equipment. - Ensure work areas are clean organized and well-stocked. - Clean and prepare engine parts tools and work surfaces. - Aid in setting up maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment. - Perform general support tasks such as fetching tools and running errands within the workshop. - Learn from experienced technicians and mechanics to improve skills and knowledge of marine engines. - Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for tools and hazardous materials. - Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient workshop operations.
