Your Role As a Construction Manager , you will: Prepare and monitor 3 week look ahead schedules in conjunction with the planning department Coordinate the deployment resources required to achieve the Project KPI’s Lead HSE and Quality Control functions for the Works Report production of achieved KPI’s along with resource allocation for individual activities Delegate Tasks to Project Engineer’s and monitor KPI’s and initiate corrective action / recognize extra ordinary achievements Coordinate with Engineering and Design in connection with alternate detailing /method statements to suit site conditions Provide input to Design/ Engineering to prepare As Builts, RFI’s , TQ’s and respond to Field Observations in conjunction with QC / HSE/ Construction / Engineering departments. Supervise the performance of resources deployed including Subcontractors and Department Crews Manage material deliveries in conjunction with warehouse and logistics department to ensure no idle time for the manpower and subcontractors deployed at the work front Lead the section progress meeting with Subcontractors reviewing performances quality, HSE and timely completion. Appraise the performance of crews, foreman and site engineers Liaise with subcontractors and vendors in connection with resource deployment and material/equipment delivery as per the work front availability Assist in the performance evaluation of subcontractors and provide feedback for corrective /mitigative actions required to maintain schedule performance Represent Contractor at the Work front with all stake holders including Supervision Consultant, Engineer and Authorities. What We’re Looking For Experience: Must have a minimum of 15 years of field experience in which the last 5 years should be in the capacity of Project Engineer or Construction Manager. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation, or any related field. Candidates with ADNOC approval as a Construction Manager / Project Engineer for previous projects shall have an advantage. Oil and Gas EPC industry experience is a must.
