Senior Contracts Engineer Abu Dhabi We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PMC Senior Contracts Engineer to join our PMC team for a major onshore oil & gas project . The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of contract management, tendering processes, and commercial negotiations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage all contractual documentation related to EPC contractors and subcontractors. Lead the tendering process including pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and contract award recommendations. Monitor contractor compliance with contractual terms and obligations. Advise project management on contract risks, mitigations, and opportunities. Support change management processes, including claims, variations, and extensions of time. Liaise with legal, procurement, and project control teams for alignment on contract matters. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Minimum 15+ years of experience in contract management within the oil & gas sector, specifically 5+ years in GCC. Previous experience in a PMC role is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office tools.
