We are looking for an experienced and strategicDigital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketinginitiatives. This role requires a datadriven professional with adeep understanding of digital marketing channels trends andtechnologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible fordeveloping and managing integrated online marketing campaigns toincrease brand visibility engagement lead generation andconversion.
KeyResponsibilities:

Strategy Development: Developand lead digital marketing strategies that align with company goalsincluding lead generation customer retention and brand awarenessacross all digital platforms.
Campaign Management: Overseethe of digital campaigns across multiple channels (SEO SEM contentmarketing email marketing social media and paid advertising).Ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum performance andROI.
Team Leadership: Manage mentor and develop ahighperforming digital marketing team providing guidance andsetting clear performance goals.
Budget & ResourceManagement: Manage the digital marketing budget allocate resourceseffectively and ensure campaigns are executed within budget whilemaximizing impact.
SEO & SEM Optimization: Ensureorganic search performance through SEO best practices. Oversee andoptimize SEM efforts to drive paid traffic ensuring efficientbudget allocation and performance monitoring.
ContentStrategy: Work closely with the content team to create anddistribute valuable relevant and consistent content to attract andretain a clearly defined audience.
Analytics &Reporting: Use data and analytics tools (Google Analytics CRM track campaign performance analyze metrics and generate regularreports on ROI conversion rates and other key KPIs.
SocialMedia Management: Lead social media strategy create paid andorganic campaigns and drive engagement across platforms likeFacebook Instagram LinkedIn etc (link removed)>MarketingAutomation: Implement and manage marketing automation platforms toimprove campaign efficiency and nurture leads through targetedemail and contentflows.
Qualifications:

years ofexperience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in amanagerial or leadership role.
Proven track record ofsuccessful digital marketing campaign optimization and measurableresults.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools andplatforms (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads SEMrushHubSpot Marketo Mailchimp).
Strong experience in SEO SEMPPC content marketing social media and emailmarketing.
Experience with marketing automation tools andCRM systems.
Knowledge of web design and developmentprinciples (HTML/CSS WordPress etc. a plus.
Strongunderstanding of the latest trends in digital marketing UX/UI bestpractices and data analysis techniques.
Exceptionalleadership communication and project managementskills.
Creative and strategic thinker with a focus onboth shortterm results and longterm brandgrowth.
Preferred Skills:

Experiencemanaging digital marketing teams and agencies.
Expertisein A/B testing CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing pageoptimization.
Familiarity with design tools like AdobePhotoshop Canva etc. is a plus.
Knowledge of videomarketing or influencer partnerships.
