Overview Ontime Group is excited to announce an opening for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our company. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to maximize company growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors Create and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close business deals Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver excellent customer service Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Self‑motivated and results‑oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
