Overhauland create a comprehensive suite of paid and organicdigital

assetsto support social media growth drive traffic to the websiteand

contributeto an alwayson visual strategy for longtermengagement.

Contributeto highprofile ad hoc design projects for cobranded andwhite

labelinitiatives as and when required.

Brand & VisualConsistency

Ensurethat all digital assets maintain a high level of visualquality

TeamManagement

Manageand mentor a junior designer offering guidance andconstructive

feedbackensuring that the team consistently delivers highqualitydesigns

whilemeeting deadlines.

Bean evangelist for all things digital design and product developmentin

thebusiness including collaborating with development teams SEOand

Qualifications:

Minimum of 45 years of digital designexperience ideally in a publishing

environmentor within a creative agency.

Strong background working on or withcontentrich sites with extensive

archivesand complex creative considerations

Skilled in usercentred design with a solidunderstanding of UX/UI

principlesresponsive design and web accessibility.

Basic skills in animation and motiongraphics with the ability to make

engagingassets using dynamic digital movement

Proficency with wireframing prototypingand frontend design best

practices

Advanced proficiency in design tools suchas Adobe Creative Suite

(PhotoshopIllustrator XD) Sketch Figma or similar. Knowledgeof

HTML/CSSor familiarity with web development processes is a hugeplus.

Interest and experience in generative AIfor design and increased

efficiencyfor design teams

A keen eye for creating highend visualdesign with the ability to balance

aestheticswith functional userfriendly design.

Experience in managing or mentoring juniordesigners

Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously working across complex

environmentsincluding staging dev and live sites plus toolsincluding
