The Lead Landscape Architect will beresponsible for leading the design of various projects frominception to completion and demonstrate excellence in creativitytechnical knowledge coupled with strong communication andmanagementskills. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsand/or Post Graduate Degree in Landscape Architecture ideally orArchitecture.
  • CLA CMLI or equivalent licensure(preferred).
  • ASLA RIBA or equivalent membership(preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years experience inlandscape design over a diverse range of project types includingcommercial residential public realm streetscapes hospitality retailinstitutional educational andother. 
  • The ideal candidate requiresexcellent design and presentation skills to clients stakeholdersproject managers consultants and the like.
  • Highproficiency in spoken and written English coupled with strongreporting skills.
  • Skill in maintaining aneffective working relationships and effective communication withsubconsultants project management clients and clientrepresentatives stakeholders agencies and the overall projectteam.
  • Ability to develop conceptual designsprepare presentations and see the project through all phases ofdesign to completion to the higheststandards.
  • Requires proficiency in theapplication of landscape architectural design standards practicestechniques and concepts.
  • With advancedtechnical knowledge in Landscape Architectural discipline and broadknowledge of other associated design disciplines (Urban Planning /Architecture / Engineering / IDetc).
  • Proficiency in computer programs AutoCADAutodesk Revit Adobe Suite (InDesign PhotoShop) SketchUp LumionMicrosoft Office typically associated with landscape architecturaldesign is alsorequired.
