Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager – Cyber Security to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security solutions, proven onsite experience in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 5-10 years of experience supporting the sale of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, and data center solutions to large enterprises and data centers.
  2. Solution design/architecture, presentations, demos, Proof of Technology & Proof of Concepts (PoC), and implementation.
  3. Ability to translate technical features into business benefits for customers.
  4. Assess customer security architecture and landscape and design integration solutions using FVC products.
  5. Contribute to and/or lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  6. Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, and general networking concepts.
  7. Awareness of current and emerging cybersecurity, virtualization, and data center architectures.

Technical Expertise (Must Have Experience in One or More Areas):

  1. Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  2. Web Application Security
  3. Threat Intelligence & Indicators of Compromise (IoC)
  4. Email & File Encryption
  5. Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) & KSA Security Frameworks
  6. Advanced Security Solutions: AV/EDR/EPP/SOAR/TIP/WAF

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Consultant managing enterprise customers.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. A passion for helping customers solve complex technical challenges.
  5. Hands-on experience with network, security, and infrastructure technologies.
