Join our team as a QC Inspector at our HDPE pipe manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in QC for HDPE pipe production

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct inspections and tests on HDPE pipes to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, ASTM, DIN, FM Approved).
  2. Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) as per customer and regulatory requirements.
  3. Handle FM Auditing & Certification processes for fire-rated HDPE pipes.
  4. Monitor and ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 quality and safety standards.
  5. Prepare quality reports, test documentation, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
  6. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain quality consistency.
  7. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in HDPE pipe quality control.

  1. Pressure testing, visual and dimensional inspections.
  2. FM Auditing, FAT, SAT inspections, and ISO documentation.
  3. Experience in handling third-party audits and customer inspections.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Certifications (Preferred): ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or related QC certifications.
