Senior Program Manager – Philanthropic Partnerships Charterhouse is proudly supporting a Global Family Office in a crucial hiring of a Senior Program Manager – Philanthropic Partnership for one of their Foundations. The family office has a global footprint and focuses on philanthropic endeavours through various foundations and initiatives. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the foundation’s vision forward and working closely with the principal to achieve its mission. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, grant‑making, ecosystem development, and building strategic partnerships with NGOs, foundations and other donors. The role will work closely with the Principal and will be relied upon for consistent support, offering significant exposure to the Principal and the opportunity to drive the foundation forward, contributing to meaningful and impactful change. Required qualifications: 10+ years’ experience across grant‑making and partnerships, ideally having worked within a foundation or founder previously. Experience with tech‑for‑good initiatives or educational philanthropy. Strong due diligence skills in grant assessment. Prior experience in regions such as LATAM, Africa, MENA, and South Asia.
