Whats On YourPlate

  • DemandForecasting and Planning : Ability to use past sales data markettrends promotions and category insights to develop a highlyaccurate forecast for the Import Shipmentsportfolio
  • Imports Shipments Planning: Abilityto plan forecasts/stocks/inbound containers for a 3/6 month forwardpipeline to maintain constant availability with adequate StockCover utilizing all available data sources and alignment processeswith cross functional teams.
  • Import ShipmentClearance Process: Act as subject matter expert and drive processgovernance and adherence for imports shipment clearing process withexternal/internal stakeholders.
  • Work closelywith Finance/Commercial/Operations teams to ensure zero demurragesminimized claims and expedited/time bound clearing process is inplace.
  • Ability to monitor and drive continuousprocess improvement to reduce costs. Ensure new product sourcingfollows internal guidelines/lead times and are plannedaccordingly.
  • Work with respective CountrySupply chain teams on projects and initiatives to drive processimprovements.
  • Work closely withcommercial/operations teams on key projects andinitiatives.
  • Reporting and Communication:Prepare and present demand planning reports and dashboards. Use BIanalytics to automate reportingprocesses.
  • Implement standardized supply chainmetrics and processes for all MENAcountries.
  • Inventory Management: Ability toplan and drive DOH policy for all MENA countries with end to endmapping of supply chain processes.
  • Work withrespective country team to improve Forecasting accuracy andavailability of SKUs in store
  • Monitoringinventory processes to ensure Shrinkage is minimized whileoptimizing on DOH.
  • Promotions Planning: Workclosely with the commercial team to define metrics a processes forpromotions planning in the supply chain.
  • DCManagement: Monitor daily and weekly DC KPIs and share with Localcountry head and drive the improvement in operations. Establish andensure compliance about processes and Operations inWarehouse
  • Supplier Management: Able to holddiscussions with external stakeholders on availability and fillrate and drive improvement
  • Project Management:Ability to work on various projects with a wide variety ofstakeholders managing project timelines and team expectationseffectively.
  • S&OP: Ability tofacilitate and drive cross functional teams identify gaps toforecast and business plans identify key blockers and be able toresolve with countryteams.

  • You haveat least 5 years handson experience in Supply Chain PlanningForecasting Import Shipments DC Planning Inventory Management& System implementations.
  • You come withan experience in retail groceries ideally with focus on UltraFresh
  • Analytical skills big data manipulationadvanced ease with excel
  • You have experience inforecasting models and suppliers scheduling
  • Youhave experience in Imports ShipmentsIncoterms.
  • You are very detailorientedstructured and know how to prioritize you consider yourself assomeone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to besolved.
