Key Responsibilities

Construction Team Leadership and Project Delivery Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver construction projects safely on time and within budget ensuring exceptional client satisfaction at every stage. Develop and execute technical strategies that align with client requirements project specifications and industry standards. Promote and actively participate in business development by identifying new project opportunities preparing compelling proposals and supporting the sales process with technical expertise. Drive continuous improvement initiatives championing best practice in safety sustainability and engineering innovation. Skills and Expertise Selling Skills Technical Knowledge and Communication Demonstrable experience in construction project selling client engagement and proposal development with a clear ability to secure and grow business opportunities. In-depth technical knowledge of construction engineering project methodologies and industry regulations. Strong organisational capabilities to prioritise competing demands and deliver against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. IT proficiency including familiarity with project management and engineering software suites. Essential Qualifications & Experience Construction Engineering Leadership Bachelors degree or higher in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience in the construction sector with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory capacity. Proven track record of successful project delivery across a range of construction types and sectors.
