Business Analyst We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our consultancy team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting consulting projects, conducting data analysis, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients’ businesses. Key Responsibilities Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support consulting engagements and project objectives. Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on client needs and requirements. Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains. Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and reports. Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards. Assist in the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals. Support client workshops, meetings, and interviews, facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and capturing action items. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and elevate issues or risks as needed to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the consultancy team. Collaborate with consultants, senior analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions and exceed client expectations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within a consultancy firm or corporate environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and other analytical software. Solid understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences effectively. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive and self‑motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
