HSEAssignments

  • Ensure HSE objectives for PJC Entity,EGE Project, the subsidiary, are achieved. Demonstrate leadershipon all HSE aspects.
  • Support and encourage theestablishment of an HSE culture within the team through a proactiveattitude, anomalies and dangerous acts.

Responsibilities& Deliverables

  • Develop and update the ProjectIntegrated schedule including milestones, deadlines, and keydates.
  • Via PRODOM, review and analysis ofContractors' schedules and all related documents (includingand progress measurement planningprocedures).
  • Calculation and monitoring of theprogress for each Contractor/Sub-Contractor involved in EGEproject.
  • In collaboration with the PCM andProject Manager, anticipate and identify potential ChangeOrders.
  • Identification of potential delays,analyse and propose corrective actions to ensure compliance withthe baseline schedule.
  • Compile and finalizedifferent reports for the EGE project and PJCentity.
  • Participate to the affiliate andOperation planning meetings. Ensure proper integration of the EGEwithin the Affiliate overall planning, Project in particular at thelevel of the interfaces.
  • Analysing technicaldrawings and providing material and costestimates.
  • Review and validate the progress foreach Contractor, Sub-Contractors, and Vendors Procurement,Construction (Engineering, Commissioning andStart-Up)
  • Perform the reporting of the project(weekly/monthly)
  • Ensure that proposed technicalsolutions are adapted and feasible in terms of planning(productivity and POB)
  • Work with Contractors toestablish all plannings.
