BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a detailoriented and innovative BIM Coordinator to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a BIM Coordinator you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects ensuring efficient collaboration between various disciplines and optimizing project outcomes. Develop and maintain BIM standards protocols and workflows for the organization Coordinate BIM implementation across multiple projects ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements Collaborate with project managers architects engineers and contractors to integrate BIM processes into project lifecycles Oversee the creation and management of 3D models ensuring accuracy and consistency Conduct clash detection analyses and coordinate resolution of conflicts between different building systems Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and methodologies Evaluate and implement new BIM technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity Ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate BIM strategies and benefits Monitor and report on BIM implementation progress across projects Stay updated on the latest BIM trends and best practices in the construction industry Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field 5 years of experience in BIM implementation within the construction or architecture industry Advanced proficiency in BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Strong skills in 3D modeling visualization and clash detection Proven experience in project coordination and team collaboration Excellent problemsolving abilities and meticulous attention to detail Strong communication skills both written and verbal Indepth knowledge of construction processes and architectural/engineering principles Experience with BIM execution planning and implementation strategies Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced collaborative environment Familiarity with local building codes and standards in the UAE BIM certification such as Autodesk Certified Professional is preferred Analytical mindset with a passion for innovative solutions in construction technology Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Additional Information : About AECOM   AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
