Develop comprehensive bid proposals, including cost breakdowns, timelines, and required resources, tailored to meet client expectations. Min 3-5yrs experience in MEP cost estimation within the contracting, construction, or engineering sectors. Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, ERP or specialized MEP software) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with vendors, suppliers, and project teams.
