  • Maintain all information relating to seasonal buy including product information and order confirmation along with open to buy management tracking as applicable.
  • Support the Buying team by ensuring 'who, what and when' are collated from milestones meetings including Hindsight, Trade, and SWOT analysis.
  • Ensure completion of competitive pricing analysis and store visit actions.
  • Assist the Buying team with weekly reporting and VIC requests.
  • Manage RTV and the process in collaboration with Supply Chain.
  • Ensure all necessary records, files, and databases are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner including collation of information (Buying calendar, exclusive product tracker...).
  • Conduct product validation to support Buying and cross-functional teams for PR and marketing campaigns, look books, and Social media imagery.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Graduate in Fashion Design, Finance or Business.
  • Fully proficient on Excel.
  • Natural numerical and analytical capability.
  • Strong attention to detail and numbers.
  • Proactive and organized.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Passionate about Fashion trends and the luxury retail industry.
  • Agile, flexible, and can work autonomously.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
