  • Lead the design and implementationof the scalable secure and efficient technology architecture forthe Bank.
  • Drive innovation by identifying andevaluating new technologies and fintech partnerships that canenhance the banks products services andoperations.
  • Oversee the integration of emergingtechnologies and fintech solutions into the banks existing systemsand processes.

PeopleLeadership

  • Lead a teamof enterprise architects fintech specialists and technologyinnovators.
  • Manage the effective achievement ofassigned objectives through the leadership of the EnterpriseArchitecture and Fintech department by setting of individualobjectives managing performance developing and motivating staff tomaximise sectional performance.
  • Lead the talentdevelopment initiatives for the assigned department collaboratingwith technical/discipline experts and thereby ensure theavailability of talent to fit businessrequirements.

Qualifications:

MinimumQualification

  • Bachelorsdegree in Information Technology or relateddiscipline.
