We are seeking a highly skilled and creativeChief Pastry to join our dynamic culinary team. As a key member ofour kitchen brigade you will play an essential role in creatingexquisite pastries and desserts that exceed our guestsexpectations. You will be responsible for crafting a diverse rangeof sweet offerings ensuring highquality standards and following allhygiene and safety regulations in line with Dubai Municipalityguidelines.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Developand create innovative and highquality pastries desserts and otherbaked goods for hotel restaurants banquets and specialevents.
- Ensure that all baked goods andpastries are prepared and presented according to the hotelsstandard operating procedures and in compliance with food safetyregulations.
- Supervise and train pastry kitchenteam members fostering a collaborative and efficient workenvironment.
- Ensure all ingredients are freshand monitor stock levels ordering supplies whenneeded.
- Maintain cleanliness and organizationof the pastry kitchen adhering to hygiene standards as outlined bythe Dubai Municipality Food SafetyRegulations.
- Monitor food presentation andtaste to maintain the highest level of guestsatisfaction.
- Work with the Head Chefto plan seasonal menus special events andpromotions.
- Ensure the pastry departmentfollows proper food handling sanitation and safetyprocedures.
Qualifications:
- Provenexperience as a Senior Chef de Partie Pastry with at least3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine diningestablishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalentcertification from an accreditedinstitution.
- Strong knowledge of pastrytechniques dessert plating and international pastrytrends.
- Familiarity with Dubai MunicipalityFood Safety Guidelines and HACCPstandards.
- Ability to manage and lead a teamwith excellent communication and organizationalskills.
- Creative detailoriented and passionateabout creating exceptional pastries anddesserts.
- Ability to work in a fastpacedhighpressure environment while maintaining high standards ofquality.
