Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join the client team. The ideal candidate will handle calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively. Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department. Meet daily and monthly performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction). Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Follow communication scripts and company guidelines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Excellent — fluent English speakers. Previous experience in a call center or customer service is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and listening abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
