Ensure adherence to local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols and best practices. Analyze workplace accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability. Establish and maintain emergency response plans to handle workplace incidents effectively. Monitor and enhance HSE policies and procedures to align with industry standards and best practices. (Eng) or equivalent Minimum 15years post graduate experience Minimum 10 years experience inproject execution in the oil & gas industry with particular fabrication of modules Good HSE awareness and commitment.. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good technical team and interpersonal skills.
