Support global tax operations by combining Pillar 2 compliance, Transfer Pricing management, tax technology administration, automation initiatives, and tax data governance . Act as the key link between Tax, Finance, IT, local finance teams, external advisors, and software providers to drive efficient, compliant, and technology-enabled tax processes.
Key Responsibilities Pillar 2 & International Tax- Support GloBE Information Returns (GIR), DMTT calculations, filings, notifications, and Safe Harbour assessments.
- Manage global tax data collection, validation, reporting, and documentation.
- Monitor Pillar 2 developments and coordinate with external advisors.
- Manage TP documentation (Master File, Local Files, Reptune administration).
- Support operational TP calculations, policy implementation, benchmarking, and compliance monitoring.
- Maintain TP repositories, audit trackers, filing calendars, and intercompany agreement governance.
- Administer and optimize Orbitax, OTP, Reptune, and other tax technology solutions.
- Support system implementations, testing (UAT), integrations, and release management.
- Drive automation, AI adoption, dashboard development, workflow digitization, and process standardization.
- Ensure tax data quality, governance, and centralized reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between Tax, Finance, IT, and external providers.
- Track deliverables, support training initiatives, and promote continuous improvement.
- CA, ACCA, Equivalent Masters degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in International Tax, Pillar 2, Transfer Pricing, Tax Technology, or Tax Reporting.
- Strong understanding of OECD Pillar 2 rules, DMTT, TP principles, and multinational tax operations.
- Experience with tax technology platforms, ERP environments (SAP), automation tools, and data analytics.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- English proficiency required; Big Four or multinational experience preferred.
