Join us as we strive to transform the entertainment landscape through creativity and innovation.As a Product Designer you will Strategic UX Leadership: Execute and evolve our UX design strategy in alignment with business objectives industry best practices and emerging trends. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design initiatives support and drive overall business strategy. UserCentered Design & Research: Promote usercentered design principles by emphasizing the significance of thorough research and iterative design practices throughout the product development process. Conduct user research and usability testing gathering insights to guide the design strategy and refine the user experience. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers Engineers and key stakeholders to seamlessly integrate user experience design into the product development lifecycle. Facilitate clear communication and storytelling around product needs ensuring alignment across teams. Design & Craftsmanship: Develop and manage the creation of wireframes prototypes and detailed highfidelity designs ensuring they meet established standards in interaction design accessibility and visual appeal. Support the evolution and maintenance of design systems style guides and UI components for consistency efficiency and scalability. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest trends technologies and design innovations while sharing insights that motivate the team to challenge limits and explore new opportunities. Champion ongoing improvements in design processes tools and methodologies to enhance both efficiency and quality throughout the design lifecycle. What were looking for 3 to 5 years of product design experience with a strong focus on design craftsmanship. Demonstrated success managing projects that have had a measurable impact on organizational success. Passionate about tackling complex ambiguous problems and transforming them into clear actionable design goals. Proficient in creating wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs with a keen eye for detail. Strategic and critical thinking abilities paired with flexibility and a willingness to explore new approaches. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide endtoend design processes within your team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for user needs and articulate the value of design across the organization. Indepth understanding of growth domains and the ability to apply a datainformed design approach to ensure scalable effective solutions.
