REPORTS TO Warranty SupportManager

Support the maintenanceactivities as required to fulfill the warranty requirements of theNew ATM System and support of the Top SkyATC system between thesites.

Pre Warranty / Support:
Thefollowing Roles & Responsibilities are to be conductedwhile under the direct supervision of the client while learningabout the systems that comprise new ATMSystem:

1. Implement equipmentconfigurations and parameters for ATM solution(s) followingdetailed designs. Coordinate with management for assembly of an ATMsystem and interface with other departments within the ClientsAustralia officer where necessary to accomplish thetask.
2. Assist with detailed configuration design loadvalidation and handover infrastructure and associated equipmentonsite Warranty / Support:
The following Roles &Responsibilities are to be conducted within minimal input from theclient:
3. Carrying out further OntheJob Training (OJT)with the nominated engineers.
4. Support the first linemaintenance of the complete ATM system.
5. Coordinationand delivery of technical instructions (maintenance scripts) thatare to be derived from the equipment manuals and be sufficientlycomprehensive to allow engineers to carry out first linemaintenance of the complete ATM system.
6. Be available totravel to other sites where equipment and systems have beendeployed during the Replacement of ATM System Project to ensurethat the various systems are meeting their availabilityrequirements.
7. Under the direction and guidance ofclients factory Engineering team manage all software maintenanceservice activities in conjunction with the maintenance engineerslocated in the T&V Environment.
8. Assist themaintenance engineers when raising Problem Change Requests(PCRs).
9. Assist the maintenance personnel with the rollout of new software releases.

10.Assist andsupport clients factory based Engineers in resolving hardwareproblems responding to hardware Repair Request Forms (RRF) andinitiating hardware design changes (where necessary) to meet theNew ATM System performance and warranty requirements or replaceobsolete items.
11. Assist and support clients factorybased Engineers in resolving software problems responding to PCRsand initiating software changes (where necessary) to meetReplacement ATM System performance and warrantyrequirements.
12. If necessary being available to travelto the clients offices in Melbourne Australia to participate in aTransfer of Knowledge trainingprogram.

Qualifications :

1. Possessintermediate level knowledge of UNIX / LINUX operatingsystems.
2. Advanced knowledge in computer peripherals(Input / Output (I/O) devices storage devices printers anddisplays.
3. Advanced level knowledge of networking datatransmission and protocols (Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) /Internet Protocol (IP) inparticular.

AdditionalInformation :

1. Understandtechnical English.

2. Advanced knowledge incomputer hardware and microprocessoroperation.

3. Strong electronic trouble shootingknowledge and skills.

4. Basic knowledge ofMicrosoft Windows and graphical userInterfaces.

5. Intermediate level skills in theuse of Microsoft Office (Word Excel andVisio).

6. Advanced knowledge in personnel andequipment safetyrequirements.
