  • Conducts adjustments andrepairs (planned & unplanned) for Otis products within theassigned area, with minimum assistance from the Team Lead -Mechanic.
  • Attends to equipment call-backs andconducts inspection and fault finding to return the equipment toservice.
  • Identifies and reports abnormalities(interior as well as exterior), missing components etc. through themaintenance process to highlight safety concerns, implementcorrective actions and generate upsellingopportunities.
  • Co-ordinates with Otis LineOperators to ensure call backs are attended as per the definedservice level agreements.
  • Completes timesheets,log cards, maintenance JHA, OSA forms, SVR sheets etc. associatedwith mechanical duties in timelymanner.
  • Conducts operations within the clientsite rules and regulations, escalating potential conflicts withOtis safety guidelines.
  • Ensures allservice/maintenance operations are conducted within the OTIS safeworking procedures, WWJSSS requirement etc. and adequate personalprotective equipment to minimize any safetyconcerns.
  • Supports other junior colleagues withservice/maintenance operations at the client sites, acting as abuddy to help develop their skillsfurther.
  • Reports any accidents, near misses,potential hazards, and unsafe conditions etc. that occur duringwork activity and impact the safety of the mechanics or end usersto the Team Lead - Mechanic.
