What youwill need to do:

  • Leadan established team of Section Heads and Engineers to secure thecompletion of the project within time andbudget.
  • Manage direct multifaceted constructionactivities including subcontractors andpersonnel
  • Ensure all construction activitiesare performed safely and in compliance with applicable policiesstandards guidelines and procedures
  • Establishand maintain effective working relationships with clients and takeresponsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for constructionand completions activities
  • Provide Constructionsupport to Project Management during the initial planning phase ofthe project
  • Participate in Constructability and3D model review sessions
  • Build and Manageeffective Construction teams
  • Ensure allconstruction activities are performed in accordance with projectspecifications and drawings within budget and timeschedules
  • Maintain effective communication andreport the status of construction progress to the projectteam
  • Manage the RFI and change order process inthe field
  • Assist with the preparation of changeorders
  • Maintain excellent project records anddocumentation of delays and other potential projectimpacts
  • Maintain detailed accurate and completedocumentation of constructionactivities

What youwill need tohave:

  • Bachelors degreein Mechanical Engineering / Masters Degree (Optional butBeneficial)
  • Certified Construction Manager(CCM) / Project Management Professional(PMP)
  • Relevance of experience in Rotating& Static Equipment Installation and Strong understanding ofOil & Gas operations (BrownField)
  • Minimum of 2025 Years of experience withat least 10 years in a managerial role with a focus in the Oil& Gas Projects in the MiddleEast
  • Having previous experience with ADNOCprojects (ADNOC approval is advantage)
  • Proventrack record of managing largescaleprojects

  • Isoutgoing and skilled communicator
  • Is able towork both independently and as team leader exercising professionaljudgment and coordination skills
  • Has excellentorganizational skills
  • Is passionate abouthis/her field of expertise and determined tosucceed
