Job Details Director Qualitative Research Were the worlds leading data insights and consulting company; we shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere. We are now looking for an experienced Qualitative Research Director to head our Qualitative department in Dubai UAE. In this role youll turn complex puzzles into clear pictures. By collecting researching and analysing data youll uncover patterns and dilemmas that help businesses make smarter decisions. Your insights will guide strategies and shape the future for our clients. What youll be doing: Interpret qualitative research data to tell compelling stories and identify patterns. Deliver analysis and forecasting to support organisational improvements. Collect organise and present data for internal teams as well as key clients. Produce qualitative research reports while showcasing qualitative models dashboards and ad-hoc analysis. Lead qualitative research projects manage P&L and manage a team of 10 direct and indirect reports. The ideal skills & experience: Proven experience in qualitative research and data interpretation. Strong analytical and storytelling skills with qualitative data. Excellent client partnership and ability to manage clients expectations. Ability to manage projects and mentor team members. Skilled in developing reports dashboards and actionable insights. Excellent communication and relations management abilities.
