About Madinat Jumeirah Set along a two-kilometers stretch of private coastline, Madinat Jumeirah is a beachfront resort comprising four distinctive hotels. About the Job An opportunity has arisen for a Sommelier to join the Cala Vista team in Jumeirah Mina Al Salam . The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Responsibilities Oversee daily wine service, ensuring smooth coordination with the service team and enhancing guest experience through expert recommendations. Maintain proper wine stock levels, monitor rotation and storage, and minimize wastage from opened bottles.
