Educated Households is a higher-tier household staff agency based in London placing lite educated private staff with VIP & UHNW families in London the Middle East and worldwide: . On behalf of our Clients based out on the prestigious Palm Jumeirah in Dubai we are seeking a talented Private Chef with a high-end hospitality background used to working within intimate private households able to craft dishes suited to the very tastes of this small family of four & also capable or working on in-house events catering to a variable number of guests. This is a small semi-formal Household imminently relocating from London over to Dubai with two boys aged 11 & 9 years old who will start school in Dubai by the end of August 2025. The school requests children to have packed lunches. The boys are adorable: kind active and adventurous. The languages spoken at home are English Russian & French. This family-oriented Household prioritises gratitude and family meals. When it comes to the family s lifestyle per se family meals will always be prioritized. Besides the family engages in physical activities such as football golf judo tennis & water sports creating family memories together at home and abroad. As things stand the family has a PA & two rotational nannies. The Principals are likely to also work with a couple of housekeepers a head of security/driver and a butler. More staff may join in at a later your role as the Chef you will cater for the family the guests and the staff s meals in residence. The Principals will be pleased to have a versatile Chef on board that could curate meals factoring in the culinary tastes of the Household and their guests ranging from Kosher to Middle Eastern cuisine needs as well as anything in between. The family enjoys: Asian cuisines: Japanese & Chinese. Russian cuisine. European cuisine. Therefore the family would welcome a Chef that could cook breakfast lunch and dinner and bring out something extra when the family is hosting friends at the house. It would be great if the Chef had a portfolio to show the family. A Private Chef keen on both learning/following specific recipes and being an innovative Chef would be much favoured. The Clients have had loyal staff for years who have worked with the family for 10 or 20 years hence the Principals wish any additions to the team to work seamlessly. The Principals tremendously value loyalty integrity and valuable work ethics. The Chef will directly report to the Principal(s) and to any representatives handpicked by the Principal. The Chef must be able to work both independently & collaboratively wholeheartedly mucking in when required in the daily running of the household as well as attending to the guests when events are held in residence or off-site as & when instructed by the family. The Chef & the Chauffeur will share a newly-renovated room with access to a shared bathroom in this household that sits on the beach. The family is after a polite hardworking & flexible Chef endowed with a can-do attitude and an attention to detail. It is a multi-faceted pivotal role where the Chef role will be highly valued. Adhering to confidentiality is non-negotiable in this role as the Principals do value their privacy. This Dubai -based role is to start ASAP ideally on 25th August 2025 . Requirements The duties shall include but not limited to: Experience with VIP Principals. Experience in spacious semi-formal Households. Catering to all the Principals needs the family s the children s & any guests needs. Outstanding culinary expertise. Strictly adhering to all kitchen s protocols. Delivering culinary craftsmanship and ultimate efficiency. Checking food operations. Checking inventories. Promoting an orderly and hygienic kitchen. Maximizing the family s culinary experience. Maximizing guest experience. Strategic planning. Being used to working in fast-paced environments. Skilled Required A minimum of 5 years experience in this role. Culturally aware. Child-friendly candidates. An eye for detail being meticulous and highly organised. Excellent communicator. Approachable & supportive. Not being fazed by last-minute arrangements.
