Apply paints, coatings, and finishes to metal and steel products using a variety of methods, including spraying, brushing, and rolling techniques. Monitor and adjust painting processes to address any issues, ensuring high-quality results and efficient production timelines. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean, in good working condition, and used safely. Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to confirm compliance with quality standards and specifications. Keep accurate records of materials used, work completed, and production metrics to facilitate inventory management and quality control. Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes and achieve production goals. Stay informed about new products, techniques, and safety regulations to continuously improve painting processes. • Requirements: Certification in industrial painting or a related field. Proven experience in industrial painting within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of different paint types, application methods, and safety protocols. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for painting and coatings.
