The candidate requires problem solving skills ownership ability to talk internally with leadership and externally with multiple stakeholders with different profiles and strong ability to influence. In this position the candidate will: Work across legal compliance and business teams to drive programs and projects around product safety and compliance Work with stakeholders to identify gaps; propose mitigating actions; manage escalations; anticipate and make tradeoffs; Clearly communicate goals responsibilities issues and status to partners teams and stakeholders both internally and externally. Drive effective teamwork collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate local and remote groups with conflicting priorities Identify and pursue opportunities to scale and increase our impact. 6 years of compliance audit or risk management experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level Bachelors degree or equivalent Public speaking experience and track record of interaction with authorities policy makers or customer associations Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification Masters degree or equivalent Experience in compliance audit or risk managementOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
