Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, preferably in architecture, hospitality, real estate, or corporate sectors.
  • Proficiency in drone operation and certification (if required by local regulations).
  • Advanced knowledge of lighting techniques and the ability to adapt to various shooting conditions.
  • Skilled in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to direct and manage on-set teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with visual content requirements across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work in the required industries.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are considered a strong advantage.
