As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department and assisting with daily tasks and projects.Responsibilities:- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems- Schedule appointments and meetings, and make travel arrangements for department members- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed- Conduct research and provide information to support department projects and initiatives- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as assignedRequirements:- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.- Must be comfortable working in a multicultural environmentPreference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
