Job Title: Team Leader – Cleaning & Nano-Coating Services

Job Description:

AQUA CLEANING is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to manage and oversee daily cleaning and nano-coating operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining operational efficiency, and leading the team to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the company vehicle to customer locations for service appointments.
  • Coordinate and manage customer appointments to optimize scheduling and workflow.
  • Supervise the team to ensure all cleaning and nano-coating services meet company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, safety protocols, and service procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure all tools and materials are in proper working condition.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by preparing necessary materials and overseeing the workflow.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Employment Type: Full-Time (6 days a week, 9 hours per day)

Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,500 per month

Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Experience in facility management, cleaning, and customer service
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and nano-coating processes (preferred)
