JobSummary:

The Senior MEP Engineerwill lead the design review coordination and implementation ofMechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems for constructionprojects. This role involves overseeing the integration of MEPsystems ensuring compliance with industry standards and providingtechnical expertise to projectteams.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ProjectLeadership: Manage MEP engineering projects from planning throughto execution ensuring timely and withinbudgetdelivery.
  • Design and Coordination: Reviewdetailed mechanical designs specifications and plans for HVACplumbing and fire protectionsystems.
  • Supervision: Oversee the installationtesting and commissioning of MEP systems ensuring they meet projectrequirements and safety standards.
  • QualityControl: Ensure all MEP work complies with relevant codes standardsand regulations.
  • Technical Support: Providetechnical guidance and support to project teams clients andcontractors.
  • Documentation: Prepare and reviewtechnical drawings reports anddocumentation.
  • Client Interaction: Maintainpositive relationships with clients addressing their needs andensuring their satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership:Mentor and develop junior MEP engineers fostering a collaborativeand productive work environment.
  • Health andSafety: Ensure compliance with the companys Health Safety &Environment (HSE)policies.

AdditionalRequirements:

  • Abilityto work on multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel toproject sites as needed.
  • Strong problemsolvingskills and attention to detail.
  • This role isessential for ensuring the successful integration and performanceof MEP systems in construction projects maintaining high standardsof quality safety andefficiency

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Engineering or a relatedfield.

Experience :

  • Minimumof 12 years of experience in MEP engineering with a focus onmechanical systems in constructionprojects.

Skills :

  • Strongproject management skills proficiency in MEP design softwareexcellent communication and leadershipabilities.

Certifications :

  • ProfessionalEngineer (PE) license or equivalent certification ispreferred.
