Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding and priming as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and textures
- Operate and maintain spray painting equipment
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying rolling and brushing
- Ensure a smooth and even finish without drips or runs
- Follow safety precautions and wear protective gear while working
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect finished product for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints coatings and finishes
- Familiarity with various painting techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand bend and lift for extended periods of time
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Willingness to adhere to safety and company regulations
