About theWork

We are seeking a talented andanalytical Mobile Games Economy Designer to join our team. Theideal candidate will have a deep understanding of game economiesplayer behaviour and monetization strategies. As a Mobile GamesEconomy Designer you will be responsible for designing andbalancing the economic systems within our games to ensure anengaging and rewarding player experience while optimizing revenuegeneration.

Who ShouldApply

  • Proven experience as aGame Economy Designer or similar role preferably with a focus onmobile games.
  • Strong understanding of gameeconomy design principles player psychology and freetoplaymechanics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis toolsand software (e.g. Excel SQL analyticsplatforms).
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset withstrong problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability towork in a fastpaced iterative development environment. Aportfolio showcasing your previous game economy design work.

1) EconomicSystem Design:

  • Develop andimplement the ingame economy including currency systems progressionmechanics and reward structures.
  • Design andbalance ingame items resources and pricing models to ensure a fairand engaging playerexperience.

2) MonetizationStrategy:

  • Create andoptimize monetization strategies including inapp purchases ads andpremium content.
  • Analyse and iterate onmonetization features to maximize revenue without compromisingplayer satisfaction.

3)Data Analysis &Optimization

  • Monitorand analyse player data to understand behaviour spending patternsand engagement.
  • Use datadriven insights toadjust and optimize the game economy and monetizationstrategies.

4)Collaboration

  • Work closelywith game designers developers and artists to integrate economicsystems seamlessly into the game.
  • Participatein brainstorming sessions and provide feedback on game features anddesign decisions from an economicperspective.

5) PlayerExperience

  • Ensurethat the game economy enhances player engagement andretention.
  • Conduct playtests and gatherfeedback to refine economic systems and improve the overall playerexperience.
