Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Analyst to join our team at PrecisionHire Solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough financial modeling and forecasting to identify meaningful insights and develop recommendations that support the company's strategy.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry news to support refreshing the company's strategy.
  • Project Management: Plan, prepare, and execute work related to successful and timely delivery of identified strategic projects, including multiple projects at times.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise internally with internal and external teams to gather data and information related to identified projects.
  • Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports highlighting key insights that drive senior management's decision making.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide support on ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in the field of business administration, finance, economics, or engineering.
  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience with exposure to the healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, with an analytical aptitude. Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management. Spoken Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
