Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and requirements for all products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and maintaining compliance for product lines, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in quality control.

This role involves collaborating closely with notified bodies, maintaining accurate records of product reports, ensuring standard reports remain valid, and updating GCTS availability in our pricelist.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for highlighting and sharing test reports from suppliers to facilitate logistics and export purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close collaboration with notified bodies to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of product reports on ERP and Excel systems.
  • Coordinate renewals with suppliers/brands in advance to avoid disruptions.
  • Update GCTS availability in the pricelist for efficient referencing by the Sales team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates with previous experience working with recognized testing bodies such as BV, SGS, or COTECNA will be given preference.
  • A proven track record of achieving and maintaining compliance for product lines is essential.
  • Familiarity with GCC certifications and requirements is highly desirable.
