We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at IIQAFGROUP. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools for construction activities.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Remove debris, garbage, and hazardous materials from sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assemble and disassemble barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding as required.
  • Assist contractors, such as electricians and painters, with their tasks and activities.
  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment, such as cranes and forklifts.
  • Regulate traffic flow and set up traffic signs to ensure site safety.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Dig holes, tunnels, and shafts as required for construction activities.
  • Mix, pour, and level concrete to ensure a strong and durable foundation.

**Requirements:**

  • No formal qualification is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous work experience in a similar role may be beneficial.
  • Licensure to work with hazardous materials may be required, depending on the project.
  • Willingness to undergo training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Good physical health, strength, and fitness to perform manual labor tasks.
