We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director - Operations Lead to join our team at GECH World - Global Experts Consultancy Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our luxury design firm while also overseeing business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Leadership: Develop and execute design strategies that align with our firm's vision and branding.
- Design Management: Oversee the development of innovative design solutions for luxury hospitality and residential projects.
- Project Oversight: Lead and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance.
- Operations Management: Oversee business operations, finance, HR, and strategic project planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality and residential design.
- Expertise in design management and business operations within the hospitality and design industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
