We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physical Therapist to join our team at SearchPlus HR Dubai. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments, disabilities, and conditions requiring rehabilitation.

  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapies.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide expert consultation and education to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' medical history, physical impairments, and functional limitations.
  • Ordering and interpreting relevant diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
  • Diagnosing and treating physical impairments, disabilities, and conditions requiring rehabilitation.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and coordinated care.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant or Specialist in Physical and Rehabilitation.
  • Residency training and board certification or eligibility in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating physical impairments, disabilities, and conditions requiring rehabilitation.
  • Expertise in physical and rehabilitation medicine principles, practices, and treatment modalities.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
  • Exceptional clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
