  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean worksite environment by collecting trash, operating power tools, and setting up temporary structures.
    • Provide support to on-site tradespeople and transport materials and equipment as needed.
    • Operate power tools and industrial equipment, and set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility.
    • Construct, transfer, and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding.
    • Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.
    • Participate in demo work, concrete, wood, metal stud framing, and other tasks included in commercial construction.
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
