Job Title: Bespoke Drafter

At Khansaheb Bespoke Contracting, we are seeking a skilled Autocad Drafter to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for drafting technical drawings for various structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality designs using AutoCAD or similar software within the Construction Industry.
  • Collaborate with site personnel to provide information and assistance.
  • Conduct area calculations to support the QS Department.
  • Maintain accurate records of time spent on projects.
  • Evaluate all drawings before handover for accuracy, compliance, and presentation.
  • Organize data logically and ensure regular backups to the server.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry.
  • Prior experience in villa finishes is essential.
  • BIM modeling expertise is an added advantage.
