Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement project quality plans and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Develop inspection and test plans for project activities, including mechanical works-related method statements.
  • Conduct quality control inspections as per approved ITPs, maintaining check sheets and associated records.
  • Maintain quality documents compliant with ISO 9001 standards, forecasting inspection requirements and available resources in advance.
  • Raise RFIs to clients for quality inspections on project activities, reporting non-conformities of products and services to the quality manager.
  • Monitor corrective and preventive measures on products and services to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Prepare all types of welding (SMAW, GMAW & GTAW) WPS, PQR, WQT, and quality procedures and method statements, conducting welder qualification tests as per ASME Section IX, API 1104, etc.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech in Electronic and Instrumentation) or Bachelor's degree (B.Tech in Electrical and Instrumentation).
