Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement packaging design strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all product lines.
  • Lead the design process for new packaging launches, including concept development, design refinement, and finalization.
  • Work closely with printers and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective production of packaging materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in packaging design to continuously improve our designs.
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all packaging materials.
  • Provide design support to internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging design, including experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
