We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Systems Engineer to join our team at Elemech Technical Works L.L.C. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of expertise in designing, executing, and maintaining HVAC and plumbing systems for various residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Technical Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive designs for HVAC and plumbing systems using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. - Project Management & Supervision:
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on-site, monitoring contractors and technicians to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. - Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for HVAC and plumbing systems, diagnosing system malfunctions, recommending improvements, and ensuring optimal performance. - Compliance & Documentation:
Prepare and review BOQs, technical reports, and project documentation, handling permit applications, inspections, and approvals with regulatory authorities. - Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met, providing technical insights, suggesting cost-effective solutions, and attending progress meetings.
