We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our commerce and content delivery team. As a Head of Commerce and Content Delivery, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth through innovative digital solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of digital delivery and agile methodologies.
About the Role- You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of outcomes.
- Develop and maintain excellent delivery health (quantitative and qualitative), ensuring high-quality results.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure best results in delivery and support additional growth in new areas.
- Maintain strong client relationships, across technology, product and operational areas.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital delivery of commerce, content and marketing combined with experience leading and managing diverse teams.
- Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to confidently interact with VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business case-oriented delivery with experience in measuring outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.
