Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk-based inspection (RBI) programs to ensure the integrity of oil and gas facilities.
  • Conduct fitness-for-service (FFS) and remnant life assessment (RLA) to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead plant inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide expert advice on corrosion control and material selection to minimize equipment degradation.
  • Investigate corrosion-related failures and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain NDT (conventional and advanced) procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas fields, with a strong background in RBI, FFS, and RLA.
  • Proven expertise in API 510, API 570, API 653, and other relevant industry standards.
  • APICertifications a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of corrosion mechanisms and degradation processes.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
