As an Insight Manager at Big Ticket, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making. You will develop and implement strategies to gain a deeper understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a B2C business environment, preferably in the gaming or entertainment sector. You will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and delivering insight solutions to business challenges and briefs.
  2. Establishing and maintaining a primary research capability to support strategic initiatives and diagnostic activities.
  3. Determining the business's consumer segmentation needs and building solutions to deliver over time.
  4. Defining how to measure and manage consumer participation and metrics.
  5. Supporting strategy & planning through the production of data-driven holistic insight reviews.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • • Experience working in a B2C business environment, preferably in the gaming or entertainment sector.
    • Expertise in using spreadsheets for data analysis and data visualization (Excel / Google Sheets).
    • Ability to commission and conduct primary Quant and Qual research and analyze results.
    • Proficiency in handling large volumes of first-party data using tools such as Tableau, SQL, Python, Microsoft BI or other equivalent.
